Can I return an order?
Of course, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return anything you purchased from us, no questions asked. Please contact us to inform us of your intentions and we will send you the shipping address for our warehouse.
Several types of perishable goods are exempt from being returned.

Gift cards
Dietary supplements
Food items
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
Who pays for the shipping?
If the item is being returned for a quality reason, because it is damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will cover the cost of shipping. If possible, we would like to see pictures of the damage.
However, if its because you changed your mind and are no longer satisfied with your purchase, then we kindly ask you to bear the return costs.
When should I send the product back?
You should send it back within 30 days of your return claim.
Please place the products in a sturdy shipping box that is securely packaged (if possible) and contact us to receive the shipping address for our warehouse.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How and when will I get my money back?
Once we receive the products, you will receive a confirmation by email and an immediate refund will be issued. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on the payment method used.
How do I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel an order that has already shipped, please contact us to inform us of your intentions. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue an immediate refund. However, if the item is on its way to you, you will have to follow our returns policy and send it back to us.
