Silver Support Plan

This plan is available for FitEyes members who are renewing a support plan (or for Serene Impulse students). If you are a new Reichert owner please see our Gold Support Plan. That is the best plan for getting started.

This Silver Support Plan plan overs everything from operating system upgrades (a $200 value) to FitEyes Insight software updates.

Plus you are covered for unlimited support incidences during the term of the support agreement (a $3000 value). These can be used for tech support or software training or any other Insight-related and tonometer-related issues you need help with. Coaching is not included. That's only part of the Gold Support Plan. But advanced help is available. This plan helps you discover advanced knowledge about the FitEyes software and your tonometer.

This plan is available to owners of any tonometer(s).
